Help desk module has been created in the RERA web portal
1. For the general public to provide information regarding Service provided by RERA.
2. In order to give proper guidance and to assist the end user regarding the RERA Act and Rules.
3. To help end user in resolving technical issues and queries.
4. Helpdesk is not meant for raising Complaints, Request for issue of certified copy of the orders of the Authority and seeking legal remedies, such request has to be submitted via proper application module.
